Marcello - that's right!  Cosmin, yours Vadonia from this topic is Vadonia saucia not V.hirsuta. In 2012 all people trust Serafim's pictures - they was wrong. Examination type of Vadonia hirsuta by Danilevsky in 2014 showed that Vadonia hirsuta belong to unipunctata group (aedagus). Mikhail sent me (to Giannis and others people, too) 2.03.2014 photos of types Vadonia hirsuta so post of Giannis was based on information from Mikhail, before article of M.D. V.hirsuta should be treated as V.unipunctata hirsuta. Yours V.saucia is surely saucia but probably is subsepcies of saucia (need description).

I have printed the publication "Vadonia genus" for my private affair.
But a lot of her colleagues wanted, so I've had 200 pieces publications "Vadonia genus" donated or exchanged for any Cerambycidae.

And if I had such a good photographer as "Cosmin", the publication "Vadonia genus" would be even better and perfect, including all the penis in the males.Cosmin colleague makes beautiful photos.

Mikhail Danilevsky was suggested that it might be a new subspecies (new taxonomic postion): "Probably it would be adequate to describe Rumanian taxon as a new subspecies of Vadonia saucia." not "a new species for fauna of Romania". In fact V.saucia was reported by Serafim (2006) on the base photos and pictures, wrongly determined as V.hirsuta. It should be corrected, nothing more.
