Altro grande elateridi africano

Anche questo credo sia un Agrypnus o genere vicino
La località era Songlou che credo sia invece Song Loulou

Presenta una tomentosità diffusa su tutto il corpo che gli conferisce un aspetto polveroso ad occhio nudo

Ciao! Questo e gli altri sono dei Lanelater (o qualcosa di vicino) che, come dicevi, sono parenti degli Agrypnus. Purtroppo oltre non vado perché non ho approfondito la fauna afrotropicale :hi:

Il genere è già tanto.

Ho ancora una manciata di elateridi africani (5) e poi comincerò con quelli italiani ;)

Come ha già risposto Edo, il genere è Lanelater con 32 specie africane in base al catalogo di Girard (2017) quindi arrivare alla specie non è facile!
